ORMB Techno-Functional Consultant

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing) Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge in ORMB to effectively implement and manage billing solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to ensure successful deployment and maintenance of ORMB systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Implementation:
    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ORMB solutions.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configurations within ORMB.
    • Customize and configure ORMB modules to meet specific business needs.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Develop and maintain ORMB extensions, interfaces, and customizations.
    • Perform data migration, data mapping, and data transformation activities.
    • Write and optimize PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, and other database objects.
  • Functional Knowledge:
    • Understand and document business processes related to revenue management and billing.
    • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders.
    • Provide functional support and guidance to business users.
  • System Integration:
    • Design and implement integration solutions between ORMB and other enterprise systems.
    • Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between systems.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:
    • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
    • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing phases.
  • Training & Support:
    • Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical teams.
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ORMB applications.
    • Monitor system performance and perform necessary optimizations.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ORMB implementation and support.
    • Proven experience in both technical and functional aspects of ORMB.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Oracle technologies, including Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and Oracle Applications.
    • Experience with ORMB configurations, customizations, and extensions.
    • Strong understanding of integration techniques and tools (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite, REST/SOAP APIs).
    • Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools.
  • Functional Skills:
    • In-depth understanding of revenue management, billing processes, and financial principles.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
  • Soft Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications:
